
Ing. Emmanuel Sessou is a distinguished Senior Professional Engineer and infrastructure expert with over 20 years of experience in water and sanitation engineering and strategic project management.
As the Founder and CEO of EAP Consult Ltd, he has led landmark water and sanitation projects across Ghana, including major works financed by the World Bank, African Development Bank, Commerzbank, and other multilateral financial institutions.
Currently serving as a Technical Advisor to the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC), Emmanuel brings a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and executive oversight to the Board.
He is a Senior Professional Engineer with the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Urban Management Studies at the University of Ghana, complementing his MBA in Project Management (GIMPA) and BSc in Civil Engineering (KNUST).
